The goal
Compare housing market trends across states, metro areas and price tiers over time.
Data & tools
Six Zillow datasets: home values, sale prices, inventory, new listings, days pending, and price cuts. I cleaned them in Excel and built the model and dashboard in Power BI.
What I did
Cleaned and prepared the 6 datasets in Excel.
Built a star-schema data model linking them through shared date and metro dimension tables.
Designed an interactive dashboard with KPI cards, a state map, and state, metro, price-tier and date filters.
